About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler III to support renewable and clean energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage initiatives. This is a key role within our scheduling team that will report directly to the Principal Project Scheduler, who in turn reports to Nathan Ouellette, Scheduling Manager for Gas and Renewable/Clean Energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Primavera P6 scheduling experience in the construction industry and be comfortable managing complex project schedules with budgets exceeding $50 million. While prior renewables experience is preferred, strong construction industry scheduling expertise is essential.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for renewable energy projects with budgets of $50M and above
- Coordinate and update contractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines
- Collaborate closely on a weekly basis with Project Managers, cost counterparts, and construction managers to review schedule progress and resolve issues
- Lead weekly schedule update meetings and provide clear, concise communication on project status
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline expectations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Proven construction industry scheduling experience (renewables/clean energy experience highly desirable)
- Proficiency with Oracle Unifier or similar project management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
