Position Summary:
Enbridge is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist IV to support and oversee quality assurance processes in line with regulatory requirements. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success and compliance of Solar Projects from ground-breaking through commissioning.

Position Summary:
Enbridge is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist IV to support and oversee quality assurance processes in line with regulatory requirements. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success and compliance of Solar Projects from ground-breaking through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and data/document reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports that support business decisions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to junior team members and project teams as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and project management.
- Utilize extensive industry knowledge and professional judgment to plan and execute QA strategies.
- Apply creativity and latitude in solving complex QA challenges within solar energy project environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of direct experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in managing QA in solar projects from development through commissioning.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, auditing processes, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams or QA initiatives across large-scale projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with renewable energy projects, particularly solar.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Certifications such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) are advantageous.
