Role: Civil Process Specialist
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Good Potential of extension)
Job Description:
Responsible for processing claims to customer funds received from third parties. Claims include garnishments, levies, liens and information subpoenas received from creditors and taxing authorities.
Also responsible for processing 1099-K corrections.
Skills:
Experience with lien, levy or garnishment processing strongly encouraged.
Experience with 1099-K tax form corrections a plus.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of reading comprehension.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google docs & sheets.
