Job Description:
The Resource Professional oversees the day-to-day relationship between the customer, Client Recruiters and vendor representatives with respect to order and assignment management activities. Manages the day-to-day process outlined in our VMS program providing quality candidates for the customer.
Travel may be required (10% or less) to client sites.

Job Description:
The Resource Professional oversees the day-to-day relationship between the customer, Client Recruiters and vendor representatives with respect to order and assignment management activities. Manages the day-to-day process outlined in our VMS program providing quality candidates for the customer.
- Responsible for order management process
- Validate incoming orders to insure complete understanding of order requirements.
- Distribute orders to appropriate Client office and suppliers in accordance with the program contract terms and conditions.
- Manage contractor assignment data.
- Review candidates resumes to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Meet or exceed all program SLAs and determined by account.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Client.
- Assist Client Professional in increasing fill rate on all program orders.
- Ensure all required program on-boarding requirements are met.
- Meet with client managers to insure complete understanding of business requirements.
- Assist with the collection of all new assignment paperwork.
Travel may be required (10% or less) to client sites.
Required Skills
- Ability to apply recruiting experience to other client verticals (Clinical, Legal and Creative) may be necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information, people, data and other resources to determine courses of action.
- Ability to be accessible by pager or cell-phone, if required
- Above average communications skills (oral, written, and listening)
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to follow standard process and program guidelines.
- Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- Ability to develop and execute order management strategies.
- Order and Assignment Management
Education:
- Bachelor' s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 18 months of staffing experience, with a minimum of 6 months in account management or coordination is preferred.

Additional Information:
Typical Day
- Fulfils client service through frequent interaction with client managers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential business development opportunities for contractors/subcontractors, projects or services.
- Responsible for ensuring resolution to the day-to-day issues that arise among the contractor/subcontractor population, within their respective program. Reports issues to respective supplier for resolution.
- Requisition management (creation of job requirements, intake calls, shortlisting, interview scheduling, hiring manager/supplier follow up, onboarding, etc.) Maintain daily requirements management processes moving in order to fill job requisitions in a timely manner, while also meeting all established SLA’ s
- Non-requisition management (extensions, timesheets, offboarding, etc.)
- Monitor, respond to, and work items and activities that come into the program mailbox.
- Responsible for the execution and meeting of program SLAs
- Responsible for the execution, creation/maintenance and storage of Program Operating Manuals and SOP’ s
- Completion of a daily activity tracker
Other accountabilities as assigned.
- Program Backup Support – ensuring up to date training and readiness to cover assigned programs as a backup.
Shift/Scheduled Hours:
- M-F 8-5 - Candidate must be flexible based on Client peaks.
