Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, providing non-technical problem resolution.
- Research customer concerns across different software applications, collaborating with property restoration coordinators to problem solve and address customer concerns.
- Handle the creation of restoration orders during high peak times.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite and other computer applications for research and problem-solving purposes.
- Receive training on SAP and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain a positive outlook while interacting with customers.
- Resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems, communicating solutions or requested information to the customer.
- Analyze customer service needs and refer cases to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed.
- Record activities and research product information using a customer relationship application or database.
- Work in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager and operate under moderate supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of related experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred.
- Ability to use various computer applications for research and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
