Job Description

  • Role: Retirement Plan Administrator
    Location: Atlanta, GA(Hybrid)
    Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
    Primary Responsibilities
     
  • Provide the timely delivery of retirement, termination, and death calculations.
  • Review, update and maintain confidential information in multiple systems (Workday, Benefit Connect, and Client Mellon).
  • Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 active and pended cases according to service level agreements.
  • Provide system support for plan participants with online enrolment, application of benefits, intermediate and complex technical issues.
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Manage monthly reports and external communication.
  • Determine eligibility and process benefit estimates, retirement calculations.
  • Research and respond to service-related inquiries.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills relating to the pension administration systems (Workday and/or Benefit Connect).
  • Provide outstanding customer service to plan participants, beneficiaries, and Employee Service Centers.
  • Review and enter demographic data, salary, job codes, retiree healthcare premiums, tax withholdings, banking information, and beneficiary options.
  • Calculate and enter monthly and retroactive pension benefits due.
  • Request payroll modifications and adjustments for replacements and/or required minimum distribution.
  • Process Social Security recalculations.
  • Provide inbound/outbound call handling support as needed.
