Job Description
Sales Supt Spec
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Mostly Remote)
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
*Regular weekly schedule will be up to 30 hours per week.
Detailed Description of Responsibilities:
Top 5 Must-haves data entry experience, Microsoft applications experience, attention to detail, working with daily deadlines, and working in a team environment.
The position will be remote 90% of the time.
*Must have previous media experience in broadcast television, cable system or radio. Specifically in traffic systems.
Provides operational and support services to the entire sales organization which could include: inbound order desk, specialized inbound/outbound sales, call center overflow, specialized order/account processing, sales research, reporting and analysis, sales method and policy development, quota setting, credit compliance, inventory management, work order accuracy, ad-hoc project management, merchandising of retail & third party sites and may also include advertising inventory management.
Uses multiple systems for purposes that may include: entering pre and post-sales information, fulfilling orders, processing and post-payments, and/or verifying order accuracy.
May initiate new service order requests, and coordinate and track product/service installation process.
