This position requires a proactive individual who can manage urgent matters while adhering to departmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and dispatch daily assignments, coordinating with field operations and supervisors.
- Monitor and adjust work schedules based on emergent needs and business unit procedures.
- Communicate and interact with various departments, supporting operational processes and issue resolutions.
- Perform reporting and identify training opportunities.
- Assist with volume monitoring and escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform additional administrative tasks related to work planning and coordination.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in scheduling or related administrative work.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in dispatching or forecasting.
- Familiarity with field operations.
