- Create and execute detailed test cases and scripts with a focus on .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate applications
- Validate the functionality, performance, and robustness of applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality by analyzing business and technical requirements to ensure completeness and correctness of tests
- Systematically log, monitor, and manage defects until resolution, while liaising closely with the development team
- Engage with development teams to gain insights into product functionalities, ensuring QA perspectives are represented
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a comprehensive approach to testing
- Design and sustain automated test scripts
