Job Description

Position: Senior Specialist Membership Services
Contract 6+ Month with a high possibility of extension
Location: 100% Remote

Requirements:

tasks distributed via email (no ticketing system)
rostering large # of members
data heavy role
client interaction

Experience Required:

3- 5 Year of experience.
ability to work with large amounts of data.
interact with CRM;like Salesforce.
comfortable with excel.
lookups, excel.
comfortable with external customers
understanding of data - data management
MS Dynamics experience preferred.
maintaining client data
