Job Description
Position: Service now Software Analyst - SME
Location: Overland Park, KS Hybrid (Client footprints)
Duration: 06+ months with the possibility of extension
REQUIRED:
8-10 years’ experience in IT with at least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience managing a any mix of either VRM, IRM or SecOps.
Experience with IT Security Operations, Policy Management or Audit Management.
Service Now – broad platform with many apps on it- SecOps and other IRM(managing security activity)
Product manager work with stakeholders who use these applications, to develop road maps, build stories and what needs to be developed next.
Helps devs items which are highest priority to build.
Mix of Product ownership and BA role.
Want ppl who are experts in either IRM or SecOps app.
Have at least few years who is very focused.
Not a Service Now generalist.
This role is rare so either app is fine.
Developer or architect of these applications or BA around these apps
