Job Title: Senior Claims Examiner –Workers’Compensation (CA)
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside near Brea, Folsom, or Fresno, CA;exceptional candidates from other U.S. Regions may be considered)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (High Potential for Extension)
Work Hours: Full-time, Pacific Standard Time (PST)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Examiner –Workers’Compensation (WC) to manage and adjudicate California Workers’Compensation claims. The role is remote, but candidates must be willing and able to report to a nearby office (Brea, Folsom, or Fresno, CA) if needed.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Examiner –Workers’Compensation (WC) to manage and adjudicate California Workers’Compensation claims. The role is remote, but candidates must be willing and able to report to a nearby office (Brea, Folsom, or Fresno, CA) if needed.
Additional Information:
- The position is remote;however, proximity to Brea, Folsom, or Fresno is preferred for occasional office visits if required.
- Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2 to 8 years of experience handling technical WC claims, preferably within California.
- Proven expertise in California Workers’Compensation claims management is required.
- Workers’Compensation Adjuster License as per jurisdictional requirements.
- Industry certifications such as IIA, AIC, AEI, CPCU, WCCA, or WCCP preferred.
- SIP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
