Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid –2 days/week onsite, Tuesdays and Thursdays required)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual | 2nd Round In-Person
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join an Agile development team supporting critical Salesforce initiatives and an upcoming CPQ platform transition. This is a hands-on, 100% development role focused on Salesforce CPQ, Apex, and Lightning development.
The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development expertise, deep experience with Salesforce CPQ, and the ability to support system changes and process transitions. This is a backfill position with significant opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, including the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Logik.Ai, ServiceNow's AI-powered CPQ platform.
This is a non-client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to clearly articulate prior project experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce/Force.Com development experience.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong development experience with:
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Queueable Apex
- Unit Testing
- Strong experience with Lightning Development, including:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- JavaScript
- Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions and discuss previous project experience in detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
- Sales Cloud (CRM) experience.
- Experience with third-party integrations, ETL tools, ERP, billing, or order management systems.
- ServiceNow development or administration experience.
- Exposure to Logik.Ai or CPQ migration projects.
