Description:
- Looking for a tech support specialist to assist as we begin the semester.
- Candidates will be coming to campus; they will be distributed the laptops.
- Generally, the laptops are configured and ready to deploy but sometimes the students have trouble with their laptops like getting to connect with the network OR not being able to login, OR any other general issue.
- All the laptops have Windows 10 OS
- The candidate would be dealing with a max of 30 students a day.
- This person would mainly be dealing face-to-face with the students.
- If someone doesn’ t have a bachelor’ s degree, it' s fine. It’ s just that the candidate must have relevant experience of at least 2-3 years.
- Interview process: Just one round of Microsoft Teams interview
