Job Title: Technician Paint Seibi Job Location: Princeton, IN Project Duration: 12 months with possible extension
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is with the Robot Programming team that are currently working and will be introducing two new models and hence they need more people to help them on this project.
The resource should be comfortable with 50% of average travel which could be internationally too to Mexico and maybe Canada.
Should also be comfortable with heavy overtime involved working from Monday - Friday with weekends and holidays as per the project needs. Mandatory skills –
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good computer skills Preferred skills –
(Anyone of the below skills is needed)
Experience or knowledge of checking the quality of the manufacturing equipment or the robots.
Experience working with Robots, programming languages (CATIA OR Carrot 3, the team is currently using both).
Digital Experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Online robot programming
Sealer, UBC, and Dampening
Run trials and adjust parameters
Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
Off line robot programming
Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis
Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software
Evaluate Quality
Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite
Create Hand Over Documents
Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s
Effective communications
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word
Requirements: What you bring:
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus if you have:
Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
Experience with Digital Engineering
Additional related certifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
