Job Title: Transmission Line Construction – Administrative Office Support

Location: Calera AL (35040)

Duration: 3+ years Contract

 

DESCRIPTION:
  • This Administrative Office Support role will be responsible for providing general office support functions for the Transmission Line Construction organization.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timekeeping for multiple groups, expense report processing, invoice processing, meeting coordination/logistical support, and office supply management.

 

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:
  • Experience providing administrative office support including the following:
  • Timekeeping and entry
  • Expense processing
  • Invoice processing
  • Coordination of meeting logistics
  • Managing office supply orders
  • General office support

 

Skills:
  • Proven record of safe work habits
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, iOS, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups.
