Position: Sales Support
Location: Fredericksburg VA
Duration: 12+ Month Contract high Possibility of extension
Duties:
Commission Details:
**New Hires receive a “ New Hire Guarantee” of $225.00 for the first two months and then they are moved to the Standard Commission structure**
New Hire Guarantee
First month is pro-rated based on start date.
For example, if they start on the 15th and there are 30 days in the month, they are paid $112.50 ($225 / # days worked)
Second Month: Receive full $225.00 OR Data Sales, whichever is greater.
Hours Per day
Full Time: 8
Hours Per Week
Full Time: 40
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Duties:
- Any sales background should work.
- Managers usually prefer people who are willing to shift between the Walmart stores if needed(although candidates usually work in the same store).
- Also, as these resources will be working through Walmart stores, they should be flexible to work on weekends.
- The Third-Party Solutions Specialist is an ambassador of the Cox brand within Walmart
- They guide customers through the purchase decision, installation process and education of Cox product and accessory offerings
- Responsible for meeting established sales, revenue, and customer experience objectives by ensuring customers are provided with the appropriate product and accessory solutions
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
