Job Description
- Job Description:
HYBRID - Must reside within Cox footprint (near one of the three addresses provided - 1 day in office, but could change based on business needs)
- Entry of orders from AS400 to HQ2, Manual orders keyed into AS400 to move to HQ2
- Verification of vehicles to be transported via phone and email - contacting repo agents, dealerships, body shops, residences
- Responding to emails throughout the day from various sources
- Dispatching of dealer units to carriers throughout the Midwest
- Communicating between clients, auction partners, internal parties
- Attend team meetings, company meetings (remotely via TEAMS)
- Contacting carriers for updates
- Heavy data entry
- Account owner for multiple accounts, ie, Ford, Honda, Mercedes
- Job Requirements:
They will be servicing the East Coast, so 7: 30-8: 00am -4: 00 -4: 30 EST. If they are in any other time zone, the hours would adjust to service the East Coast time slots above.
Preferably, close to Manheim New Jersey, Manheim PA, or our Phx office.
