Location: Onsite –Cleveland, OH 44109
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (Firm End Date)
Open Positions: 3
Schedule: Monday –Friday (5 days/week)
Shift: First shift (8-hour shift with flexible start/end times)
Position Overview:
We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support a critical 12-week project within a hospital warehouse environment. This role involves hands-on inventory and logistical support for a new hospital build in the Cleveland area. Candidates must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to ensure timely completion of project tasks.

- Organize and manage clean supply rooms for efficient inventory operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or documentation issues without direct supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain project momentum.
- Think critically and adapt processes to keep tasks on schedule.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in warehousing or similar roles
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Background:
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment
- Familiarity with medical supplies or products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- Self-starter with proven problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements:
- Proof of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
