Job Description

Install and manage Windows OS device images on selfhost units (10-150 devices), including early builds, drivers, and applications, using tools like DISM and WinPE.

Perform hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and issue reproduction for OS, driver, and hardware-related failures within a lab setting.

Assemble computer components such as power supplies, memory, and processors, and perform firmware updates (BIOS, SPI) using CRB Guides and dediprog.

Develop basic automation scripts in PowerShell and configure storage devices using diskpart commands.

Conduct device testing with Microsoft ADK, run sleep/hibernate/reboot cycle tests (AMDSuspend), and execute ad hoc tests to validate functionality.

Prepare specialized hardware and software configurations for product demonstrations and provide on-campus support, including device delivery and replacement.
