We own and maintain the Workday platform that supports employees, managers, and HR operations, while integrating employee data across various HR and non-HR applications enterprise-wide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant to design, build, and support end-to-end Workday integrations and related solutions. This role will partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other business functions to deliver robust, scalable, and secure integrations while ensuring a seamless user experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant to design, build, and support end-to-end Workday integrations and related solutions. This role will partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other business functions to deliver robust, scalable, and secure integrations while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, custom reports, and business processes.
- Configure and maintain calculated fields, security groups, alerts, and notifications.
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot integration failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with the Middleware Team (Workato) to integrate Workday with other systems using Workday Web Services and RaaS API calls.
- Manage and support Workday Studio integrations and reporting.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, incidents, and enhancement requests.
- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building Workday integrations (Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB).
- 7+ years of experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
- 5+ years of experience configuring Workday security, Core HCM business processes, alerts, and notifications.
- Proficiency with Workday SOAP API, REST API, Import API, and testing tools (e.G., Postman, Workday Studio).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Integrations Certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with Jira-based sprints.
- Hands-on experience with Workato or other middleware integration platforms.
